It’s been a few months overdue leaving a review, I had a great first time experience getting dysport and Dr. Gyani really explains every detail, does a little at a time if you are nervous about overdoing anything. That to me is the key to winning trust, she never rushed me out, she offers reassurance and you feel comfortable talking to her about concerns. I plan on returning very soon.

Can not say enough good things about how incredible Dr. Gyani is! After moving to San Antonio I went to a different doctor who overcharged for Botox and lied about the amount he injected. I went to Dr. Gyani and she was wonderful! She listened to what I wanted started with a smaller amount (that ended up perfect!) Her receptionist Adriana was absolutely wonderful and walked me through signing up for different promotions for $$ towards my next appointments! Would 100% recommend Dr. Gyani to everyone!

Dr. Gyani is hands down the best injector in town. I've been to 3 other places, which weren't necessarily bad, but no one has compared to her expertise, honesty about treatment and what you need vs. what you don't need, and prices- she is fair, doesn't over charge for services, and won't push anything on you that you feel uncomfortable about! Do NOT hesitate to entrust her with your aesthetic goals. She is AMAZING and you will love your results!

I had Botox done by Dr. Gyani. I've had Botox done many times before in other places, but the results were nothing like what I got at Jovem. Dr. Gyani did an amazing job, and my results lasted 5 months. I'm back today to do Botox and consider other treatments with her. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Abha Gyani is amazing. She is very knowledgeable in skin care, and is very honest in what you need. I’ve switched over to this Med spa after being with the same one for two years. The facility is wonderful and super cute! A lot of treatments to choose from. Dr. Abha Gyani is a great physician, and has worked in other hospitals. Adriana the receptionist is wonderful and very kind. I was able to book my next appointment easily and she helped me set up all the rewards accounts. Really love it here, there is nothing like going in and getting that refreshed look! Five stars all the way.

Dr Gyani is awesome. I’ve been here several times and am always incredibly pleased with the results! I actually drive over an hour for my appts but it’s well worth it because she is that good! Highly recommend!

To be honest I was A little worried about how much getting Botox would hurt, and all the stresses that go with Botox if you’ve never had it, but Linsey was a very kind walked me through the whole process and then when I got Injected she was so gentle about it I didn’t even know half the time it was going on will go back and Halle recommend Linsey McKenzie.

I have gotten Botox for many years in my hometown by the same doctor, I was concerned about going to some one new but, right away, Linsey made me feel at ease with the very gentle touch of her hands. I was amazed that several injections...."I could not even feel at all!" I give Linsey a 5 STAR!

I have gotten laser hair removal with Charlie and she is the best. I have seen significant reduction of hair in the areas that have been treated. She is also very accommodating and considerate of your needs and reactions. You have to come see her!

I saw Dr G for the 2nd time today. She is absolutely amazing. No up-sell, honored a Groupon price for Botox, and filler was extremely competitive. She’s very detail orientated and takes her time to ensure the best possible look without being overdone. Will be returning!!

Dr. Gyani is by far the best injector I’ve had. She takes her time and gives you an honest opinion based on what look you are going for instead of trying to pitch you the highest priced item. The prices are also very competitive to most others around the area, and the work is by far the best.

Dr. Gyani is exceptional at what she does. She is honest, informative, and pleasant to talk to! She lets you know what you can benefit from and what realistic expectations you can have. She is very knowledgeable about the medical treatments available. I have had botox and fillers done with great results!

Dr. Gyani was great! This was my first time getting Botox and she answered all of my questions and clearly explained things to me. 2 weeks out and I am very happy with my results. I will definitely be back!

I am 100% pleased with the care, service and product I received at Jovem! I did have a small difficulty finding the location once I arrived at my destination however,, all you need to do is look right above the Aldo's restaurant and that's where it is! She didn't rush anything, the room was clean and sterile and I WILL be going back! Shes very knowledgeable and professional not to mention she's friendly and open! I got great advice and look forward to my next visit. Jovem is my "go to" from now on!

I recieved Botox and was extremely impressed with the time taken and the effort made to ensure placement of the injections were perfectly symmetrical. Dr. G is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside; a very kind lady!! And this was just my first visit!! Totally impressed!!

I have been with this MedSpa for over a year. Not only is this one of the few locations that has the option of lifetime laser hair removal but also a doctor on site that does injections. Their products are high end, great quality for a great price. I get laser, Botox, fillers, hydra facials and soon a VI peel! They carry products that are safe for rosacea and delicate skin which is a must for me. I fully recommend and stand by Jovem MedSpa.

The staff here is great! They are so friendly and helpful! Alicia has done my facials and they have been amazing. She knows her stuff and teaches and explains the process and the Ins and outs of whatever she is doing for you. Laser hair removal has been with both Mary and Alicia though they have very different techniques I have no complaints. I look forward to trying their other services.

My experience with Dr Gyani was exemplary. She effortlessly and carefully injected fillers and botox as needed and never was pushy in doing or recommending more than what was needed. My face looks fabulous! Would absolutely return for a touch up!

I've been seeing Dr. G for Botox for a couple of years. My first visit I knew I wouldn't let anyone else administer my injectables. She is so knowledgeable and amazingly gentle. i just had my first appointment with Dr.Gyani, she was very kind and worked well with my vision and made sure to show me step by step so i got the exact look I wanted. Her staff was so kind and prompt with my appointment. i’m in love with my new lips!

After moving from California to San Antonio, I searched long and hard to find an a great med spa that I could trust! & I have becomes obsessed with the team at Jovem Aesthetics! I have been going religiously for am couple months now, for laser hair removal as well as Botox/filler treatments and everyone from Dr Gyani to Nurse Karina, the esthetician Mari, the laser specialist Allie, and Desire, the receptionist, have made me feel like family! They are always so kind and informative when answering all my questions (and I sure do have a lot of questions haha). I have been pleased with all the work I have gotten thus far! This has definitely been my go to med spa and I don’t see that changing anytime soon! Thank you Jovem team!

Jovem spa is my GO TO spa for everything. Just had brow Ombre procedure by Raquel. Sweetest, most professional technician I’ve met. Technically, did a fantastic job - i no longer have sparse spotted eyebrows needing to be filled every morning. But honestly, the most important aspect to me is how Im treated by the tech/therapist and this was a Grade A experience.

Have you been thinking about getting botox or filler? I finally did it at 51 years old. I am amazed by the difference. I refuse to go anywhere else and I live out of state now. I have been complimented many times saying I don’t look my age. The staff is so accommodating, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Linsey McKenzie is the BEST at what she does. Most of the injections I didn’t even realize Linsey had done them. She has a soft gentle touch and an awesome chair side manner. I highly recommend Linsey McKenzie at Jovem Aesthetics Med Spa. I purchased a Groupon. I expected the appt to be a hassle to make, but it was very easy. The front desk sent me reminders and accommodated me; and Dr. Gyani explained the products well to me. Her and the front desk worked to add on other coupons. The office was very nice and clean. Overall, a great experience.

I have been pretty happy and content staying with Dr. Abha Gyani I trust her hands and judgment, and I know she is very professional and honest with her products and services. I referred my mom to her and my mother is a recurring customer and very happy with her services. I just finished the Micro-needling RF with Allie, she knows the skin very well and her skills were on dot. Everything went smoothly and painlessly. Additionally, she cleared my nasal congestion with a lymphatic massage ( no charge). All the skin products she mentioned were products she used and therefore based on her skin I felt I can make a good decision on what direction to go in my journey of maintaining my skin as I age. Thanks to Allie I feel like I can maintain my skin better as well as choose the right skin products for my type of skin! She may not be a dermatologist but she is a damn knowledgeable esthetician.

I’m not sure if I did it before but this place and Dr Gyani totally deserve it. I’ve been with her for a couple of years already and wouldn’t go anywhere else. She not only listen to your concerns and expectations, she does recommend what is the best for you. Painless and totally natural look are always my goals, and this is the place. If you haven’t scheduled and appointment yet, just do it! Her staff is sweet and polite too. I love them lol ❤️

I visited Jovem for the first time and was so impressed and pleased with the staff, cleanliness, and the work of Dr Gyani! She is so friendly, and she really listens to what you would like. I have been to different doctors for the same cosmetic procedures and they all tend to do what they think is best and not what you really want. As a paying customer that is super important to me. Good overall experience. Difficult to find location- purchased Dysport injections from Groupon and address was not specific. It is located upstairs in an outdoor shopping center across from the Dominion. Dr Gyani is in suite 40 located inside Salons by JC. She is very thorough and explained the procedure well and made helpful suggestions. Helped me sign up for rewards to help towards costs of future treatments. Went out of her way to accommodate my busy schedule.
